Delivery time and transport
Delivery of products from the Shopfantasy.dk is finalised when the customer receives his/her product. Products are delivered either by post or by shipping company. When you order a product you are able to see delivery time before you confirm your order. If you pay online: Payment for your order will not be withdrawn until the item is sent from Shopfantasy.dk.
Delivery time 5-7 days.

Responsibility for product
You are responsible for the product from the moment it is delivered to you from Shopfantasy.dk.

Reclaims
Damaged or faulty products from Shopfantasy.dk should be reported in 60 days after you discover that the item is not as it should be. It is your responsibility to in detail explain the fault and how it could have happened. If you discover a fault, you should inform Shopfantasy.dk as soon as possible.

Price and payment
Purchase from Shopfantasy.dk can only be done using the credit cards shown. All prices in Shopfantasy.dk are including VAT. We take no responsibility for printing errors and price changes in the Shopfantasy.dk.
Delivery costs are added and will be included in the final price.
Delivery costs 9,95 euro.
Shopfantasy.dk offers 14 days return on all products, from the day you receive the product. If you regret the purchase you should notify Shopfantasy.dk as soon as possible. You are then obliged to return the product in the same condition you received it in. You should cover the return postage costs.

VAT
All given prices in the Shopfantasy.dk include VAT.

Postage and mailing costs
When you order from the Shopfantasy.dk the delivery costs are added to your price, and therefore inclusive in the total amount.

Payment methods
As a customer in the Shopfantasy.dk you can choose between online-payment with Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard and JCB.

Security
You have to give personal information, for us to ship your items to you.
All information given to us will only be used by our staff and will NOT be given to any other company or persons.

Safety with online payment:
When paying with credit card your card details are sent to our shop's own server - an SSL-based solution. All communication between you and the server is encrypted.
It's impossible for anyone to "hack" the information that you enter in our Shoptvpc.dk.
